Is this fake tan?

No! Alpha Bronze™ helps you achieve that perfect darker tan faster and with less exposure to the sun or sunbed rays.

Does it work even if the sun is not as strong as in the summer?

Yes, for sure! That’s the essence of Alpha Bronze™ - to boost your tanning process so that you can get the same results in less time. So, make most of those rays and enjoy Alpha Bronze™ any time of the year.

Does it work on hairy skin?

Yes of course, this was important when designing a male tanning gel. So we made sure it can work on hairy skin & still achieve those perfect results.

How do I use it?

Easy! - Firstly we recommend applying SPF beforehand as our product does not contain SPF protection.

Simple then apply the cream to the desired parts of the body before tanning and watch the amazing results come! You can then reapply every 3+ hours if you like!

Does it provide UV protection?

This product does not provide UV protection. We recommend you apply SPF beforehand then apply our gel after. We don’t recommend you use this product on children or people with sensitive skin. For people with very light skin, we recommend using SPF before applying Alpha Bronze™ cream. Not for consumption!

Can I bring it on a plane?

Yes, you can bring Alpha Bronze™ on a plane. The product weighs 100g, which complies with most airline regulations for carry-on liquids and gels. Always check specific airline and country regulations before traveling to ensure smooth security checks

Can I use it on my face?

As of now Our Alpha Bronze Tanning Cream is specially formulated specifically for body use only. Although we have had many customers have great results while using it on their face we recommend patch testing first as the skin on your face is more sensitive and differs with each individual. If you do have very sensitive or problematic skin, we recommend just using Alpha Bronze on your body.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes we do! We offer shipping to US, UK, AUS, NZ as well as international rates at checkout.

Our shipping time is 5-10 business days after a processing time of 1-2 business days.

How can I track my order?

Easy! Upon making your order you will receive a confirmation email. Then once your order has been dispatched you will receive another email containing your tracking link. Or alternatively you can track your order via the order tracking page on our website.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. From then you can expect to receive it between our standard delivery the time frame of 5-10 business days.

However some customers tend to receive it sooner. Please note there may be shipping delays during holiday seasons due to a significant increase in order volume.

Can I cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible we advise you to get in contact with us at info@myalphabronze as soon as possible after ordering.

Most cancellations can be done within 1-2 hours of ordering (although please note even within this time frame it may not always be possible). If this time frame has passed and your order has been processed, once you receive it you can return it to us for a refund.

Where is my order confirmation and tracking link?

After placing your order you should receive two emails. One with your order number and order confirmation. And then a following email with your tracking link (please note this may take up to 24hrs to appear in your inbox).

Your order confirmation email may occasionally end up in your junk/spam folder. If your confirmation email is not in your junk mail, you may have entered the address incorrectly at checkout.
